Alice Kaye (Breeden) Duncan, a beacon of light in the lives of those who knew her, passed away on November 22, 2024, at the age of 70. Born on October 26, 1954, Kaye carried with her a spirit that deeply resonated with all who were fortunate enough to cross her path.

Kaye held her religion very close to her heart, nurturing her faith with unwavering devotion and love for the Lord. This foundation guided her actions and shaped her compassionate nature. Her belief was not merely a personal journey but translated into selfless acts of kindness that made a profound impact on her community. She was the type of person who always sought to help others, reflecting an extraordinary depth of care and concern for those around her.

Music was another profound passion in Kaye’s life. She found joy in playing the guitar and piano, often filling the air with her lovely voice as she sang. Her musical talents were not just a hobby; they were an extension of her heart, shared freely with family, friends, and anyone looking for comfort or cheer. Whether strumming a familiar tune or leading a sing-along, Kaye brought joy and warmth wherever music was played.

Her enthusiasm for life was infectious; she always wanted to be busy doing something, whether engaging in community service, gathering loved ones for a meal, or simply lending an ear to a friend in need. Visitation: will be on Monday, November 25, 2024 from 12:00 PM – until time of services at Spann Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: will begin at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 25, 2024 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home.
