Alice Jean Bishop Estes Age: 84 Of: Burns, TN. Died: Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN, after a brief illness. She was born to William and Eva Mai Bishop on October 7, 1936. She was a member of the Burns Church of Christ for many decades. She was known to many in the Burns community as “Mama Jean” and helped raise many neighborhood children. Mrs. Estes loved flowers and feeding her chickens. Visitation: will be held from 4-8:00 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2021, and from 10-2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 10, 2021, at the Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mrs. Estes will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 10, 2021, from the Chapel of the Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Fuqua officiating.
