Mrs. Rowe dearly loved her family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of sweetness and grace. She was a member of the New Beginnings Baptist Church. Funeral Service: for Mrs. Rowe will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 from the New Baptist Church in Dickson, TN with Bro. Tim Luther, Bro. Joe Shannon, and Bro. Dwight Hayes officiating.
