Mrs. Betty Jean Atchison Lightfoot, age: 81 Of: Waverly, TN Died: Friday, July 30, 2021 at her home. She was born January 31, 1940 in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Lightfoot was a member of the Waverly Church of God of Prophecy. She loved the Lord and was known to be the family “prayer warrior”. Mrs. Lightfoot worked at the James Developmental Center for numerous years until her retirement. Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00pm Saturday, July 31st and from 12:00 noon until time of services Sunday, August 1st at Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Mrs. Lightfoot will be conducted at 2:00p.m. Sunday, August 1, 2021 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Terry Bear and Bro. David Allen officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
