Billy Cole

Age 76 of Cunningham, TN passed Sunday, September 18, 2011 at his home. His wishes were to donate his body to science at Genesis Legacy of Life. Mr. Cole was a professor of Biology at Austin Peay State University for 30 years. He was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church for 39 years where he served as an Elder and sang in the Choir. He was a Past Master of the Queen City Lodge and a member for 39 years. Visitation will be from 1 pm to 4 pm on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Golf Lane in Clarksville. Memorial services for Mr. Billy Dean Cole will be held at 4 pm, Saturday, September 24, 2011 at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Golf Club Lane in Clarksville with Rev. Steve Louder and Rev. E.G. Sims officiating. Survivors include his wife Lovie Spann Cole of Cunningham, TN; son, Tommy Cole of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Lynn Daniel of Clarksville, TN; three grandchildren, Ryan Cole of Nashville, TN, Kayla Cole of Clarksville, TN and Paige Goodlett of Clarksville, TN. Preceded in death by parents, Thomas Leon and Goldie Parchman Cole. The family requests donations be made to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church or Asera Care Hospice.
