Billy Ray Miles (1954-2024)

On Monday, August 19, 2024, our beloved “PalPal,” Billy Ray Miles, peacefully went to be with the Lord. Born on August 17, 1954, in Henry County, Tennessee, to Billy Nolan Miles and Donna Lee Pact Fratangelo, Billy was a devoted father, grandfather, and a cherished member of the White Bluff Community.

Billy attended Williams James School and dedicated much of his career to the boat manufacturing industry. He found his greatest joy in his family and the simple pleasures of the outdoors, particularly on the water. 

Known for his quiet kindness and generosity, Billy was cherished by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.

In keeping with Billy’s Wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Those who wish to honor his memory are encouraged to donate to the American Cancer Society.
