Billy’s favorite hobbies was spending time with his family and fishing.                  

Mr. Billy’s wishes were to be cremated. 

Memorial Services will be conducted at 1:00pm Friday, March 1, 2024, in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Ronnie Hughes officiating.
