Mr. Billy Potter Rice, age: 89 Of: Waverly, TN Died: Thursday, April 2, 2020 at Horizon Medical Center. He was born October 21, 1930 in Waverly, TN. Mr. Rice worked nearly 40 years for Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative and was a member of Buffalo Primitive Baptist Church. He also served as former President of the Humphreys County Chamber of Commerce. Private graveside services will be held in Rice Cemetery.
