Visitation: will be held from 4:00 – 8:00pm Saturday, August 3rd and from 11:00am until service time Sunday, August 4th at Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mrs. Howell will be conducted at 1:00pm Sunday, August 4, 2019 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tony Baggett officiating.
