Mrs. Catherine Novella Manor Richardson, age 100, of Waverly, TN passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024, at TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN. She was born November 13, 1923, to Allen Thomas and John Dona Wood Manor.

Catherine grew up in Waverly with her 11 brothers and sisters. After graduation, she moved to Nashville, TN and worked for Greyhound Diner for 20 years. In March of 1960, she married her beloved husband, Preston Richardson. 

Catherine was a member of the Central Church of Christ on 5th Avenue in Nashville, TN for 73 years. In her free time, she enjoyed growing different plants and flowers. 

Whether it was family reunions or other get-togethers, her greatest joy came from spending time with her family that she loved dearly. Her neighbors in Nashville, also, held a special place in her heart. She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.

Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until service time Sunday, July 7th at Humphreys County Funeral Home. 

Funeral Services for Mrs. Richardson will be conducted at 3:00pm Sunday, July 7, 2024, in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow in Wyly Cemetery.
