Cecil "Slim" Albert Hawkins

Mr. Cecil Albert “Slim” Hawkins, age: 88 Of: Waverly, TN Died: Friday, February 11, 2022 at Humphreys County Nursing Home. He was born September 14, 1933 in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Hawkins was a Korean Army Veteran. He worked in Maintenance for the Humphreys County School System until retirement. Slim was also a musician and had a radio show for several years. He was known as the “Singing Fiddler”. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until service time Monday, February 21st at Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Slim Hawkins will be conducted at 1:00pm Monday, February 21, 2022 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bros. Mark Walton, Joe James and William Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the Young Cemetery.
