Name: Charles Butler Hooper Age: 86 Of: Charlotte, TN Died: September 24, 2018 at NHC in Dickson, TN Mr. Hooper was born March 3, 1932 in Charlotte, TN. He retired as the Nashville Division’s Chief of Real Estate for the Army Corps of Engineers in 1990 after 35 years of service. He was a Mason in the Charlotte, TN lodge for over 50 years and a member of the Nashville’s Al Menah Temple of the Shrine. He was a long-time member of Liberty United Methodist Church in Charlotte. A devoted family man, he enjoyed farming, gardening and discussing politics. Visitation: 1-3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 30, 2018 with Masonic Services to follow at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home.
