Mrs. Pernell was a homemaker and cafeteria worker and manager at White Bluff, William James School for 38 years. She loved flowers, particularly irises. Mrs. Pernell loved and was very devoted to her family and was a member of the Church of Christ. Visitation: will be 3 – 8 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021 and 12:30 until time of service on Sunday at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Clemmie Lowe Pernell will be conducted 1:30 Sunday, April 25, 2021 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Dan Tholen & Bro.Mitch Stevens offficating.
