Mr. Simmon's wishes were to be cremated. Survivors: 2 Daughters: Audra Lastovka (Mike) of Dickson, TN. Amanda Simmons of Nashville, TN. Parents: Coy "SoreToe" and Anne Simmons Grandson: Micah Lastovka of Dickson, TN. Preceded in death by Brother: Coy Nesbitt Simmons.
