Donald A. Berube Age: 82 Of: Dickson, TN. Died: Sunday March 1, 2020 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was born June 8, 1937 in Fall River, Massachusetts. Mr. Berube was the former business owner of 70 By- Pass, he loved to fish and was retired from Quebecor in Dickson. Mr. Berube was proud to be an Army Veteran and a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church. Don was a devoted family man who loved the Lord and his wife with all his heart. Known to his grandchildren and great grandchildren as Paw, he enjoyed teaching them how to fish, playing with them in the pool, and taking them to amusement parks. He took great pride in his family’s accomplishments and was always ready to talk about what they were doing. He liked to collect coins, vintage model cars, and John Wayne movies. Don would often gather with family members to play guitar and sing songs. He loved to travel and take home movies and pictures of his experiences. He had a kind and generous soul and approached each day with a fresh optimism of life. Visitation: 4-8:00 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2020 and Saturday 11:00 a.m. until time of service at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Services: will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2020 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Frank Whitaker officiating.
