Eddie Dale Forrest Age: 65 Of: White Bluff, TN Died: January 21, 2019 at centennial Medical Center. Mr. Forrest was born May 13, 1953 in Nashville, TN. He spent many years as a Deputy with the Dickson County Sheriff's Department before taking a position with the State of Tennessee Department of Corrections where he retired. Mr. Forrest attended the Pond Church of Christ. Visitation: will be held 4-7:00 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Spann Funeral Home. Memorial Service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2019 at the Pond Church of Christ with Bro. James Wall and Bro. Larry Spicer officiating. Mr. Forrest wishes were to be Cremated.
