Ms. Emma Darlene Scott Forde, age 78 Of Buffalo Grove, IL, passed away Monday, October 7, 2024, at Endeavor Health Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. She was born March 14, 1946, in Waverly, TN.

Darlene had an extraordinary personality that blended humor with honesty. Known for her sharp wit and ability to deliver the truth with grace, she was often the confidant and support system for many. Whether lending a helping hand in times of need or simply providing a shoulder to lean on, she was always there for those around her, never hesitating to offer her advice and encouragement.

Darlene's vibrant spirit and nurturing heart created a haven for those fortunate enough to know her. She loved her family dearly, weaving strong ties that will remain unbroken. Her home was a beacon of love, where laughter mingled with heartfelt conversations, and every gathering was infused with her special touch.

She will be greatly missed by all and remembered for the joy she brought into the lives of many.

Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until service time Sunday, October 20th at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral Services for Ms. Forde will be conducted at 1:00pm Sunday, October 20, 2024, in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow in Pruett Cemetery.
