Mrs. Frances Marilyn Settle Hilliard, age: 86 Of: Bellevue, formerly of New Johnsonville, TN Died: Thursday, December 12, 2019 at NHC The Meadows in Bellevue, TN. She was born September 10, 1933 in Dover, TN. Mrs. Hilliard was a homemaker, worked for the Election Commission, volunteered at Three Rivers Hospital for many years, and delivered Meals on Wheels. She was a Charter Member of New Johnsonville First United Methodist Church and former President of United Methodist Women. When her daughters were young, she served as their Girl Scout Leader. Mrs. Hilliard enjoyed flower gardening, sewing, embroidering, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchild. Visitation: will be held from 4:00 – 8:00pm Saturday, December 14th and from 1:00pm until service time Sunday, December 15th at New Johnsonville First United Methodist Church. Funeral Services: for Mrs. Hilliard will be conducted at 2:00pm Sunday, December 15, 2019 at New Johnsonville First United Methodist Church with Rev. Lucretia Campbell officiating. Interment: will follow in the First United Methodist Church Cemetery.
