Age: 80 Of: New Johnsonville, TN Died: Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at St. Thomas Hospital. Mrs. Mayfield was a member of the Ebenezer Methodist Church. Visitation: will be held from 4 – 8pm Friday, December 28 and from 10am until service time Saturday, December 29 at the Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mrs. Mayfield will be conducted at 1pm Saturday, December 29 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Donna Parramore officiating. Interment: will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery.
