Age: 90 Of: Dickson, TN Died: Friday, August 24, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Wheat was a World War II Navy Veteran and retired from Kroger after 37 years. He loved growing elephant ear and watching the Braves play baseball. He was also a hard worker and funny. Visitation: will be held from 12pm until service time Sunday, August 26 at the Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Service: for Mr. Wheat will be conducted at 2pm Sunday, August 26 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Craig officiating.
