Died: Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was born September 19, 1955 in Waverly, TN. Mr. Cowen was a member of Salter’s Chapel AME Church.

Visitation will be held from 12 noon until service time Thursday, December 23rd at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral Services for Mr. Cowen will be conducted at 1:00pm Thursday, December 23, 2021 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Betty Eason officiaiting.

Internment: will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
