Ret. Sgt. Herschel "Sid" Ross

Retired Sgt. Herschel “Sid” Ross, age 81 Of: McEwen, TN passed away Friday, August 5, 2022 at his home. He was born October 30, 1940 in Erin, TN. Mr. Ross attended church at the Waverly Church of the Nazarene. He was a proud veteran who served 4 years in the Air Force and 17 years in the Army National Guard during Desert Storm. Mr. Ross went to work as a warehouseman for Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative from November 1971 until he retired in January 2006. Private Graveside Services for Mr. Ross will be conducted on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 in Ross Cemetery with Pastor Janice Rudolph and William Brown officiating. Interment will follow with Military Honors.
