Ms. Imogene Averitt, age: 91 Of: McEwen, TN Died: Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Crestwood Medical Center in Huntsville, AL. She was born July 11, 1929, in Erin, TN. Ms. Averitt worked for Trane until retirement and then continued working as a property manager in McEwen. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, gardening, going to the McEwen Senior Center and spending time with her sister, Rosie. Visitation will be held from 12:00pm – 2:30pm Tuesday, June 15th at McEwen Center. Graveside Services for Ms. Averitt will be conducted at 3:00pm Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Alsbrooks Cemetery in Erin, TN with William Brown officiating. Interment will follow.
