He had a love for hunting, fishing and camping. Visitation: will be held from 4:00 – 8:00pm Tuesday, October 11th and from 10:00am until service time Wednesday, October 12th at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mr. Carter will be conducted at 1:00pm Wednesday, October 12th from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Crews officiating. Interment: will follow in the Jackson Chapel Cemetery.
