James Lawrence Lipke

Age: 77, of: Waverly, TN Died: Monday, July 25, 2016 at Centennial Medical Center. He was born January 20, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Lipke was a retired TSgt for the Air Force and also worked for Northrup Grunman and Advance Auto Parts. He was a member of Wildwood Valley church of Christ. Mr. Lipke loved animals and volunteered with animal rescue. Visitation: will be held from 3:00 – 8:00pm Wednesday, July 27th and from 12:00pm until service time Thursday, July 28th at the Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mr. Lipke will be conducted at 1:00pm Thursday, July 28th in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jeremy McFarlin officiating. Interment: will be held at 2:00pm Monday, August 1st in the Middle TN Veterans Cemetery.
