Mr. Beard was an avid gardener and ginseng hunter. Visitation: with the family will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday, June 30th and 10:00 a.m. until time of service Sunday, July 1, 2018 at the McEwen Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mr. Beard will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, July 1, 2018 from the Chapel of the McEwen Funeral Home with Bro. William Brown officiating. Interment: to follow in the Beard Cemetery.
