Of:  New Johnsonville, Tennessee         Died: Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at Ascension Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, Tennessee. Mrs. Collins was born March 27, 1951, in Waverly, Tennessee. She loved reading, walking, antiquing, old house, crafting, and fast driving. She was an avid animal lover. Jerry Sue loved spending precious time with her family and all babies.

The family has chosen cremation and no services are planned at this time.
