Visitation: will be held from 1 – 8pm Wednesday, February 12 and from 10am until service time Thursday, February 13 at the Humphreys County Funeral Home in Waverly. Funeral Services: for Mr. Howell will be conducted at 1pm Thursday, February 13 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home chapel with William Brown officiating.
