Mr. John Raleigh Pirtle, age 53
Of New Johnsonville, TN passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025, at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was born March 5, 1972, in Camden, TN to Jimmy and Deborah Whitsett Pirtle.
John’s career as a dedicated Millwright showcased his commitment to craftsmanship, and he was a proud member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. John poured his heart into his work, always striving for excellence and integrity in every project he undertook.
Outside of his professional life, John found great joy in restoring old cars, with a particular fondness for classic vehicles. His current project, a 1967 Chevelle, reflected not only his craftsmanship but also his love for vintage automobiles.
John's legacy is one of hard work, dedication, and a profound appreciation for the arts of craftsmanship and restoration. He will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
The family’s wishes were for cremation.
