Mr. Parnell graduated from Waverly Central High School in 1974 and spent 46 years working for what is now known as Pine Bluff Materials as a foreman. Visitation: will be held from 5:00 – 9:00pm Saturday, July 27th and from 12:00 noon until service time Sunday, July 28th at Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mr. Parnell will be conducted at 2:00pm Sunday, July 28, 2019 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Jackson officiating.
