Born on July 24, 1948, in Montgomery County, Tennessee, Wade embraced life with passion and creativity that resonated through his craftsmanship and beyond.

Akin's career as a carpenter was marked by an impressive dedication to his trade, where his talent transformed raw materials into breathtaking constructions that stood as a testament to his artistry. Visitation: will be held Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 4-8pm and Friday, February 14, 2025, from 10:00 am until service time at Spann Funeral Home

Funeral Service: will be held Friday, February 14, 2025, at 12:00pm in the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Jimmy Breeden officiating the service.

Interment: will follow at McWhorter Cemetery in Cunningham, TN
