Johnny Elmer Hayes           Age: 86

Of: Charlotte, TN      Passed Away: on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at his residence surrounded by family.

Johnny was a Christian, hardworking, funny, and a little stubborn man who loved his family.  He liked old cars, chocolate, Little Debbie snack cakes, and circus peanuts.  He was known to dance a jig, go to a few auctions, loved gospel music, giving a dollar to his grandkids, making people laugh, and enjoying company.  He was thrilled to get visits, give hugs, and talk about everything.  He farmed and worked for TDOT in Dickson County.  He was a good man that provided for his family and will be missed by many.  Johnny left his family and friends with so many memories to cherish.

Visitation: will be on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, from 12:00 PM – until time of services.

Funeral Service:  will begin at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Tom Heard officiating.

Interment:  will follow in Union Cemetery
