Miss Kenda LaShay Ralston, age 25, of Waverly, TN departed this life on Friday, April 19, 2019 at Three Rivers Hospital. Visitation: will be held from 10:00 am until service time Saturday, April 27th at Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Kenda Ralston will be conducted at 1:00pm Saturday, April 27, 2019 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tony Burns, Sr. officiating. Interment: will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Miss Kenda LaShay Ralston, the daughter of Martha Loretta Ralston and Keith Cooksey was born May 14, 1993 in Nashville, TN. She confessed her hope to Christ at an early age and was a member of Richland Avenue Church of Christ in Waverly, TN. Kenda graduated Waverly Central High School in 2011, and was a dedicated employee at Wal-Mart Deli for the past 3 years. This young lady never met a stranger, she was always smiling and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She had a personality bigger than life, she loved family gatherings, and was a big Patriot football fan. Miss Kenda LaShay Ralston was preceded in death by her grandmother, Francis “Porch” Ralston; aunt, Alice Faye Ralston; grandparents, William and Frances Cooksey; aunt, Doris “Penny” Wilson; uncles, Carnell “Connie” Cooksey and Harold Cooksey; and sister, Tzhara Ford.
