Visitation: will be held from 5 – 8pm Wednesday, March 27 at the Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mrs. Oakley will be conducted at 11am Thursday, March 28 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home chapel with Eric Merideth officiating. Interment: will follow in the McKeel Cemetery.
