Lucy Lane Connor, age: 7 Of: Waverly, TN Died: Sunday, August 22, 2021, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, TN. She was born July 21, 2014, in Inverness, FL. Lucy was a recipient of the “Out of the Box Thinker” award in 2020, she was sassy, loved fishing and the Gilmore Girls. Lucy was a strong believer in magic, and she aspired to go to Yale to become a Forensic Scientist and Engineer. She also wanted to become a famous viral “Youtuber”. Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 a.m. until time-of-service Friday, August 27, 2021, at Hurricane Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in McEwen, TN. Funeral Service for Lucy will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 27, 2021, at Hurricane Chapel Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Donnie Spann officiating. Interment will follow in the Meadowlawn Cemetery.
