Visitation: will be held from 11am until service time Friday, August 29 at the Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mrs. Binkley will be conducted at 1pm Friday, August 29 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Jeff Keele officiating. Interment: will follow in the Richlawn Cemetery.
