Mrs. Paulette Hinkle Morrisett, age 77

Of: Waverly, TN passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024, at St. Thomas Three Rivers Hospital. She was born April 3, 1947, in Nashville, TN to Euell Hinkle and Ada Scott.

Paulette's career journey was as diverse as was impactful. She started as a tour guide in the mid-80s and late 90s at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, where she shared her knowledge and enthusiasm with visitors from near and far. Later, she transitioned into a role as an underwriter for Permanent General, dedicating a decade to excelling in this field with her attention to detail and diligence.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Paulette found joy in hobbies that filled her heart. Knitting allowed her to create beautiful pieces woven with care and love. Her love for singing also shone brightly, particularly when singing gospel and country tunes that resonated with her soul.

Paulette was deeply devoted to her faith and was an active member of the Waverly Church of the Nazarene. She found joy in her connection with the Lord and shared that joy with all those around her.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00pm Thursday, July 11th and from 9:00am until service time Friday, July 12th at Humphreys County Funeral Home. 

Funeral Services for Mrs. Paulette will be conducted at 11:00am Friday, July 12, 2024, in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel. 

Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
