Michael was a member of the Pomona Baptist Church and he loved old Cars and going to car shows. He retired from the City of Dickson after 30 plus year as Crew Leader. Visitation: will be 4-8:00 p.m. Monday, November 5, 2018 and Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of service at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Service: For Mr. Michael D. Hayes will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2018 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Smith officiating.
