Funeral Services: Monday, August 8, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the Humphreys County Funeral Home with Pastors Phil Ross and David Spencer officiating, interment will follow at Richlawn Cemetery. Survived by: Husband: Robert “Bob” Balthrop, Sr. of Waverly 2 Sons: Robert (Linda) Balthrop, Jr. of Waverly Don E. Balthrop of Estill Springs, TN 1 Daughter: Joyce Balthrop (Lee Roy) Young of Pleasant View, TN 2 Brothers: Jon (Ann) Crutcher Richard (Shannon) 2 Sisters: Carolyn Jillson Mayron (Elwyn) Huddleston 5 Grandchildren: Amy Balthrop, Heather (Jeremy) Legg, Laura (Daymon) Gast, Audrey (Rob) Fazio, and Lee Roy (Shalistar)Young 5 Great Grandchildren: Mrs. Ruth Balthrop is preceded in death by: Parents: William and Lemma Hinkle Crutcher; grandson Robert Balthrop, her sisters Molene Moulton and Margaret Weeks and brothers William, Tom, Bryan and James Crutcher.
