Nina Marline Carmack, age 33 of Waverly, TN, tragically passed away Friday May 2, 2014 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Nina is survived by her parents: Ann & Steve Anderson of Dickson TN, and Stephen Morgan of California. The love of her life and fiancé; Shontee Smith, of Waverly Tn. Children: Austin Carmack, Kristen Carmack both of McEwen Tn., and Jacob Carmack- Smith of Waverly, Tn. Siblings: Jason Morgan, Cassie Morgan, Pamela Morgan, and Laurie Morgan. Nieces and nephews: Abigail Morgan, Bailey Morgan, Bryson Taylor, Jayda Taylor, Marley Morgan, and Karter Morgan. She also leaves behind by numerous aunts’ uncles and many cousins, not to mention countless friends. Family and friends were Nina’s love and joy. Visitation will be held from 10am until service time Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Funeral services for Ms. Nina Carmack will be conducted at 12 noon Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Humphreys County Funeral Home with Bro. Lee Russell Brown Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Sanders Cemetery in McEwen. Nina had a zest for life and a positive attitude that was second to none. She proved to lead by example and be a beacon of light for many through her inspiration and courageous nature. She showed countless people that positivity and optimum was possible through all circumstances. She was a joy and always a pleasure to be around. She could always be counted upon to bring a smile or provoke a hardy laugh. She had an amazing vocal ability and loved photography, and dancing. Let us take her light and radiance and move forward in her light. Know that change is possible and anyone who is determined can change anything with the strength, determination and positivity that she embodied. Let her beautiful song be heard. The sun will forever shine brightly on you. Sing with the angels, and playing the guitar with our beloved Granny.
