Obbie was born in Waverly, TN on October 05, 1964 Visitation will begin on Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 11:00 AM – until time of services at Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Humphreys County Funeral Home with Bro. Bruce McCarson, and Bro. William Brown officiating. His wishes were to be cremated after services.
