Of McEwen, TN, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2024, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born December 23, 1971, in Texas.
Sherri dedicated nearly a decade of her life to working at P & D Quick Stop in McEwen, TN. Her warm smile and welcoming nature drew people in, making her not just an employee but also a friend to many.
Sherri was a loving mother and grandmother. As a mother, she embodied dedication, nurturing her son, Steven, with unwavering support and encouragement. Her laughter could light up any room, and her hugs were a source of comfort that embraced not only her family but anyone fortunate enough to be in her presence. Sherri’s role as a grandmother brought her immense joy. She cherished the moments spent with her grandchildren, creating memories filled with joy, playfulness, and the kind of love that transcends generations.
Beyond her immediate family, Sherri embraced her second family with unwavering affection for over 40 years. The bonds she created with her second mom, Darlene and sister, Lisa, enriched her life and shaped her into the selfless, caring person she was known to be.
One of Sherri's proudest accomplishments was her decision to be an organ donor after her passing. This profound act not only highlights her generous spirit but also serves as a testament to her enduring legacy, as it has given hope and life to others.
