Terry Wade Franklin Age: 61 Of: Dickson, TN Died: Sunday December 9, 2018 at his home on Yellow Creek. Terry worked for 33 years as a Building and Zoning Official. He worked for 15 years as codes official for the City of Dickson and 18 years as Code official for the City of Belle Meade. Terry was a member of the Tennessee Building Officials Association and the Middle Tennessee Codes Officials Association. In 2011 he received both the Codes Official of the Year Award and the Tennessee Building Officials Association’s Presidents Award. Visitation: will be 4-8 on Tuesday and 10 – 1 on Wednesday at the Bethel Baptist Church in Dickson. Funeral Services: Terry Franklin will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday December 12, 2018 at the Bethel Baptist Church with Bro. Randy Franklin, Bro. Scott Franklin and Jessie Bohanan officiating.
