Mr. Thomas Merrill “Tommy” Summerhill, age 88

Of: McEwen, TN passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN. He was born June 30, 1935, in Strathmore, California. Tommy was a member of Zion Hill Church of God of Prophecy in McEwen. He was in the United States Navy and served on the USS Raton. He was a computer programmer and retired from Lumen, formerly known as Century Tel. In his spare time, Tommy enjoyed woodworking, playing cards, watching Westerns and working on his lawn and garden.

Mr. Summerhill’s wishes were to be cremated. The family will hold a private Celebration of Life.
