Mr. Proctor was born December 18, 1930, to the late Rufus and Fronie McCarver Proctor. Walter owned his own well drilling business, Proctor’s Well Drilling. He was retired and a member of the United Free Will Baptist Church in Dickson. Visitation: 12-1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Spann Funeral Home. Memorial Service: will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 12, 2020 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Hooper officiating.
