Wanda Faye Johnson, born on March 4, 1950, left this world on December 1, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth that will forever echo in the hearts of her family. An amazing mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Faye possessed a gift: the ability to make everyone around her feel cherished and special. Her love for her family knew no bounds, and she devoted her life to creating a nurturing environment where laughter and joy flourished.

Faye was an excellent cook, known for her culinary prowess that brought her loved ones together around the table. Each meal she prepared was made with love, transforming ordinary moments into cherished memories. Her home was a haven of delicious smells and delectable dishes, a testament to her passionate spirit and nurturing heart.

Strong and independent, Faye was a woman who embraced life with gusto. She had a spirited nature that resonated in her playful competitiveness at the card table, where she sometimes swayed games in favor of her beloved granddaughter, Lauren. These little acts of kindness were emblematic of her generous spirit, always eager to see those she loved to succeed and smile. Her generosity extended beyond her family as she was a lifetime blood donor and an organ donor. 

A true embodiment of family, Faye spoiled her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, making each of them feel like the center of her universe. Her love was expressed in countless ways, from the tender words she shared to the unforgettable times they spent together. Christmas, in particular, held a special place in her heart, and she made it a magical time filled with joy and excitement for her family, ensuring that every holiday was marked by her signature festive spirit.

Faye's passing leaves a profound void; however, her spirit will live on through the countless memories and the unconditional love she spread throughout her life.
