Retired MSgt. William “Bill” Neal Bonner, age 84, of McEwen, TN, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville SNF, in Clarksville, TN. He was born December 19, 1939, in Canton, Mississippi, to James Neal and Hazel Broome Bonner. Bill was married to Linda Gail Smith Bonner for almost 28 years. He was an avid fisherman. Bill retired on July 31, 1979, after 23 years in the United States Army and served two tours in Vietnam. He was a farmer and loved to watch his crops grow. Bill was a loving husband, dad, and poppa to his precious family.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Carl Hubbard officiating.

Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in McEwen, TN, with full military honors.
