Mr. William Carter Bohannon, age: 77 Of: Waverly, TN Died: Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at his daughter’s home in Savannah, TN. He was born August 31, 1941 in Waverly, TN. Mr. Bohannon was a member of Wildwood Valley Church of Christ and served in the United States Army. He worked as a Senior Operator at DuPont for over 25 years before his retirement. In his spare time, Mr. Bohannon enjoyed hunting, fishing and farming. Above all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Visitation: will be held from 5:00 – 8:00pm Thursday, February 14th and from 11:00am until service time Friday, February 15th at Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mr. Bohannon will be conducted at 1:00pm Friday, February 15th in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jeremy McFarlin officiating. Interment: will follow in the Simpson Cemetery.
