Age: 78 Of: Waverly, TN Died: Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Centennial Medical Center. Mr. Carter was an Army Veteran. He was also an Elder and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Visitation: will be held from 7 – 9pm Thursday, September 27 and from 11am until service time Friday, September 28 at the Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Mr. Carter will be conducted at 1pm Friday, September 28 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home chapel with Bishop Keith Rowe officiating. Interment: will follow in the Wade Knight Cemetery.
