Mr. Howell was a member of Pattersons Chapel in Vanleer, TN. Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00pm Thursday, January 7th and from 9:00am until service time Friday, January 8th at Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Mr. Howell will be conducted at 11:00am Friday, January 8, 2021 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tony Baggett officiating.
